Shipping & Returns
Once you place your order, you will receive a purchase order confirmation e-mail. This let's us know that we have received your order, in our system, and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we reach out to our manufactures and suppliers to confirm that the item you purchased is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail or by phone. If your purchased item(s) are available for immediate shipment, within 5 business days, leadsonics will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your purchase is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 5 business days, from the date of your order. leadsonics will send you tracking information within 48 business hours of your order, leaving the warehouse, to the e-mail address you provided, when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 7 business days of your order, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note some items are built to order and don't reflect accurate shipping times. We do not offer free shipping on items over $100 to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. Free shipping is only available for 48 states. For a more accurate shipping date, please give us a call or email us.
Please inspect the entire packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send multiple photos email@example.com
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a 5% administration and processing fee, whether or not your order has shipped. This fee helps our inventory tracking system be as efficient as possible. If you order has shipped, you will also be responsible for return shipping charges and any other fees associated with shipping. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card on file.
Any returns after 30 days will incur 20% restocking fee. Buyer pays for shipping and any other charges.
Returns on Autoclaves:
Unfortunately we cannot offer returns on any used or ran autoclaves. This is strictly against FDA regulation to return these products that have been used. Items must be unopened and unused. Original packaging and safety seals cannot be opened or broken.
To return an item: Please send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you details on how to return your product. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without prior email consent, and will be returned back to sender at buyers expense. Please be advised.
Refunds within 30 days of purchase date need to accompany original receipt and everything that was included in the package, when you have first received it. We cannot refund you if the manual, or the manufacturer's packaging is lost.
Be sure all packages are fully insured by carrier. If we do not receive your package, you will need to settle with the shipping company. You must provide proof of delivery to us to be sure the package was sent. Make sure all packages are well protected against accidental damage.
Large Orders and Estimated Shipping
Please note, that the estimated shipping times presented on the product pages can vary. Items weighing more than 100 pounds might require us to ship freight, for better pricing on shipping, please contact our support for the best price. Products under 100 pounds are generally free of shipping. All products under $100 will require shipping charges.
Absolutely no returns on any opened and used solution. Please buy with caution or call us for better understanding of the products listed.
